Doula Services

My purpose as your doula is to guide you through the stages of labor, remind you of your goals, and help you make informed decisions regarding your healthcare and experience. My goal is to support you spiritually, emotionally, and physically throughout labor and delivery. I provide one on one help during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Judgement free and trained to meet each individual's personalized needs. I take pride in being the doula that does it all (from birth to postpartum).      My Doula Services Include:
(Birth Doula)
-24/7 phone & email support until birth
-Initial meeting
-Prenatal at approximately 36 weeks (more can be scheduled if needed)
-Accompany you to doctor's appointments (if needed)
-Instructions on how to prepare for childbirth and what to expect in the weeks before your due date
-Support through birth and some time postpartum
-Assistance writing birth plan (optional)
-Check in one week postpartum (optional)

(Postpartum Doula)
-24/7 phone & email support
-Provide evidence based information about newborn care and postpartum recovery
-Help in your home, whatever that means to YOU
-Information & resources pertaining to postpartum depression
-Placenta Encapsulation (additional charge)
